Most template customization projects are completed within 2–3 weeks after we kick off!
Think of the template as a foundation to build on, not an exact formula to follow. We're not just swapping out your fonts and colors and calling it a day. I'm coming in and customizing the layout where it calls for it, the feel, the details, etc. The template just means we're not starting from a blank page, which is what keeps the timeline and investment where they are.
Once you're booked I'll set you up in a Notion workspace that walks you through everything I need like website copy, images, and any branding you already have (or you can opt for our brand starter). I'll guide you through exactly what’s needed!
If you don't have existing branding already, I offer an optional brand starter that includes a color palette, typography suite, and a full wordmark logo suite. It gives us a solid foundation to build your site on so nothing feels mismatched or thrown together.
The templates are built on Showit (Showit is that gworl) which allows you to easily update and manage your website moving forward. It’s a drag-and-drop platform that’s known for being intuitive and user-friendly, so you can make updates without needing to know how to code! I will also provide you with access to my Help Center with tutorials at the end of our time together so you can make future edits confidently.
The heavy lifting on your end happens before we kick off aka getting everything into Notion, choosing your template, that kind of thing. Because this is a shorter timeline, prompt and responsive feedback is really important. I want to keep things moving for you, and if feedback takes a while to come through it can push your launch date back. I'll always give you a heads up if that's happening though!
Yes! To book your spot on my calendar I require 50% upfront and the remaining 50% is due a week before we kick off.
