While we don't offer custom content for individual members, we do have a form for all members to drop requests, ideas, and recommendations at anytime and we will take those into consideration when designing templates and staging flat lays! what if i am looking for a specific template/mockup vibe?
Each membership plan has a commitment period: 3 months (with monthly payments), 6 months, and 12 months. With the 3 month plan, you cannot cancel until your 3 month commitment is up. With all other plans, you can cancel anytime if you do not wish for your plan to auto-renew.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can expect 2-4 new template packs, 1-3 new mockup sets, 1-3 new newsletter templates, and other various resources every single month!
HOW OFTEN IS NEW CONTENT ADDED?
We understand that the approval process might seem like an extra step, but it is a proactive measure we take to uphold the standards of our community, protect our content, and ensure a positive experience for all members!
WHY DO I HAVE TO BE APPROVED BEFORE I CAN PAY AND JOIN?
No, we do not believe in the use of AI imagery and actively steer clear of it. We prioritize authentic and high-quality images in our templates and stock library. If you suspect an image might be AI-generated, please bring it to our attention, as it is becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish between AI and real images.
